About us

The history of „Sygrela“has begun years ago with meeting of former colleagues who have dedicated their careers to working with people and for people in the field of personnel services.

We are a Slovak company, a team of people who found joy in their jobs. We provide our services with the idea of active participation on fulfilling requirements, ambitions and goals of our clients – company owners, managers, employees and all people who seek our assistance.

  • University of Economics in Bratislava, Major in Company Management
  • Has been actively performing in the field of providing personnel services for both private and public sector since 1998
  • Several years of experience in management in business environment
  • 5 years of experience in acquisition and fusion of acquired companies (creating organizational structures, processes, company culture, business politics)
  • Several years of experience in preparing development projects (Screening, Assessment Center, Development Center, personal audit, creating company teams)

Tatiana Sýkorová

  • University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Major in Psychology, Pedagogics
  • PanEuropean University in Bratislava, Major in Psychology at workplace
  • Has been actively performing in the field of providing personnel services for both private and public sector since 2001
  • 2 years’ experience as HR manager
  • Several years of experience in preparing development projects (Screening, Assessment Center, Development Center, personal audit, creating company teams), several years of experience as a trainer in trainings.
